Our store mainly sells hair products imported from overseas. The number of days it takes to ship and deliver your order may vary depending on the product and stock availability.
Please check the following information before placing your order.

Delivery schedule

Once your order is confirmed, we will begin shipping within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery times for different products are as follows:

・Extensions (hair for braiding): Delivery takes approximately 3-5 days

・Hair creams: Varies depending on stock availability (approximately 5-10 days)

・Other products (oils, accessories, etc.): 3 to 7 days

Fluctuations due to overseas imports

The products we handle are mainly imported from overseas.

Please note that delivery schedules may be affected by factors such as international shipping congestion, customs clearance, and weather.

Shipping methods and shipping fees

The delivery company will be Japan Post or Yamato Transport (depending on the product contents).

Currently, we only ship within Japan. We do not ship overseas.
